It should drive a more smoothly distributed set of start times for football, and less noon starts, especially for the bad teams. I think it will be great for football fans who attend games and hate nooners. This was a brutal year for Syracuse for late start basketball games. Lots of 8 and 9 pm games. I think we might see even more of these in the future for the same reason (ESPN will want to do double headers on weekday nights for the ACCN).
