Anyways, spoke to someone in the Big East office. Said the schedule is being worked on next week, then handed to ESPN for television changes. Reason that it hasn't come out yet is that several folks in the office get assigned as conference liaisons to Big East teams in the NCAA men's basketball tournament and are otherwise unavailable.
Person also said it is possible that they'll release the conference schedule and Temple & Cincy will be given the open dates available for them to fill their 12th game. Right now they are letting those two fill those games, then work in the conference games. But if they still need a game in the next week or two, the conference office may go ahead and those two will have to use the remaining open dates.
