i think its easy never used yahoo. Pick 11 starters 4 backups and select a captain for the week who earns double points

We should do one for Champions League or Premier League next year. MLS is like doing a Fantasy AAA baseball game. There are a handful of designated players who are good, and the rest are mostly nobodies.
