Favorite Player??

Long time lurker, infrequent poster. Interested in seeing who everyone's favorite player is on this football squad. It doesn't mean they have to be the star of the team, maybe a 2nd or 3rd teamer, but someone you root for.

Me: AJ Long
Small, scrappy, a true leader who plays better than his god given physical abilities.
I truly believe that he is the best long term QB on our team. The kid was thrust onto the field as a 180 lb freshman and instantly became the leader of the offense. The kid has guts, demands respect and has the willingness to lead.

Also, I love AJ for all the reasons you described. Great kid.

In reality, there are too many players on this team I like. That seems to be true since DM started. I always like the players on our teams and want them to be successful. So many stories of players that just do the right things throughout H.S. and stories of players growing up in sh!tty circumstances. I want them all to be as successful as they want to be.

But Ish is a freaking playmaker and I want to more more more. Thompson I've always liked and since he's been moved I've just hoped he'd have as much success as possible. This could be a really big year for him.
