It might be teams primary formations but they dont stay in it. You have to run multiple sets with different players to keep teams off balance and take advantage of match ups. Different formations manipulate defensive coverages. You dont remember all the Veer plays we ran? We ran a lot of counters, power and G kick plays. We ran a lot of QB power reads with Dungey.
