If I am Sean Miller, I am not giving an interview to anyone until after the Book Richardson prosecution has concluded.    If Book goes from actively defending against criminal charges to entering a plea and becoming a cooperating witiness, Sean Miller's position in all of this may change.    I suspect Book doesn't believe that Miller had no idea what Book was up to.

I also agree with you that there is no harm in starting an investigation.  I just think people are acting like the NCAA is going to come to some conclusions or take action now that the first round of the Adidas trials are over, and I don't think we'll see anything come out of this until they are reasonably sure they understand all the shoes that are likely to drop as a result of whatever criminal prosecutions take place.
