I think Autrys problem is that he is trying to fix too many things at once and that’s why the laundry list of terrible things you said keep happening.

We are a low IQ bball team and staff so it’s just a disaster.

Just think about the difference hoops IQ makes, Maliq Brown may be 6th man of the year and win a natty this year. Not because he’s a McDs all American with all the talent in the world but because he knows his exact role and what to do every second he is in the game without having to be told or yelled at. Our staff last year didn’t turn Brown into that by amazing coaching and he didn’t just get jacked or all the sudden get taller or jump higher, the game just clicks for him and he understands what to do.

Meanwhile Im still waiting for Autry to tell me who the team captain is or even who he trusts to carry out a basic task on this team.

I see no leader and no trust and yes I blame the staff for putting us in the position and not fixing the problem months ago or in the portal.

However I can also can say that although I don’t like the odds for a better year next year or Autry right now, the right captain at the 1 and anchor at the 5 could lead to dramatically different results. Right now no one on this team deserves to be back next year and wear an orange jersey tho.

Overall we’re in the Screw Around and Find out phase for this program.
