Notre Dame and available SEC, B1G teams.
After all the hoopla (no pun intended), it seems sort of okay after the other announcement yesterday that an additional access bowl may be added so that the BE and other conferences probably have "skin" in the NC. This probably provides a bit of a legal cover to what the Big 5 conferences are doing.
Now for the dollars of the Orange Bowl which the ACC owns the TV rights 100% and just how much the ACC is expected to provide to its competitor. Our friend ESPN, as usual, has the initial right to bid but if ACC does not like the bid...it can always take the game to other bidders (do not expect this to happen as source indicates ESPN is being looked to opening the TV conference contract (minus Orange Bowl) since Notre Dame has associated with the ACC--and the dollar figure may be higher than what was first indicated: $1,250,000-$2,500,000 per yr/team.
