Bees or Tomcat can you please tack this, thanks.
Saturday's tailgate will be an early one due to the 12:30 kickoff.
Right now we are shooting for about 9am, the captains will likely be there around 8:45.
Unfortunately the weather looks shitty to say the least, so it is likely the canopy's will be needed in force.
Last week we were in the upper left hand corner closest to Standart. However, the parking gestapo was on us about taking up four spots in the lot and indicated we might have to move in if they needed the spots. Luckily it didn't come to that but due to the size of our tailgates we need the max amount of space we can get. As such we will try again for the back of the lot on the right side, I will be there by about 8:45 so I will try and get the best spot possible.
Right now we have three canopies for sure for tomorrow, if you plan on attending and have a canopy I would highly recommend you bring it. While we may not use it is always good to have a few backups if needed. Also last week someone mentioned to me they had a large canopy if needed, I apologize I can't remember the persons board name, if you are reading this, PLEASE bring it tomorrow.
Our tentative menu for tomorrow is as follows:
Cooneys, Nathans dogs, Frittata,Muffins, Harrison bakery baked goods, Baked Ziti, Regular burgers, Brunch Burgers, Sausages, Jello Shots, Chips with dip and a few add ons.
As always if you cant bring anything we charge 5 bucks a head for food. We have the capacity to handle some food and booze requests for 10 a head but I would again encourage people to BYOB if at all possible as it is difficult to have the capacity and selection to provide alocohol for a large amount of people.
If you are coming to the tailgate I would say anytime from 9am or so on would be fine. If your are unsure what to bring here is a short of list of still needed supplies: Bagels with cream cheese, Plates/paper towels, Ketchup, Side dishes ie Mac and Cheese, cornbread, pasta salad, etc.
Any questions let me know.
