Fine Mess Needs Help

Just like spotting the first Robin a sure sign of spring is our scramble to secure West Lot parking passes for our core group that runs the Fine Mess Tailgate. If anyone has the opportunity to add a West Lot pass to their account and would be willing to sell it to a core team member we would be grateful. You will be fully reimbursed and be given a complimentary pass for two to attend a tailgate if your choice. The core team is the group that transports all the equipment to the Henry Street Lot and prepares the gourmet buffet you enjoy each week. Looking for 3-4 season passes but could use individual games as well.

I don't understand what they've done with main campus parking, but it seems like they really reduced the number of passes last year. Last year I lost my West pass that I've had for 15 years and had to move to Harrison. Of course immediately after that happened, they announced that parking assignments would now carry over year to year. I hoped this year I could upgrade back to West. Logged in last week at my assigned time...nothing on main campus but VA garage and UAG. All South Campus lots were available, so it's almost like they're pushing people there by attrition. I'm guessing at best I'm stuck in Harrison for the foreseeable future, until they push all parking to South Campus.

Others here know better than I do but there was a concern with the road closures due to the I-81 construction that traffic in the area would be unmanageable. I think there was also an issue with Dome Workers who had to park at Skytop and shuttle to the Dome having issues with transportation post game and asking to get West parking access back.
Keep in mind Parking is managed under Auxiliary Services and has nothing to do with Athletics.
