If this is how he is able to communicate toughness and gets the team to fully execute his way, I'm all for it. I hope I'm very wrong on what I think the results will end up being if they don't adjust on offensive philosophy. Maybe they do in silence and we will notice it soon. I really like this roster and the character of the players he is bringing into this program (even last season despite being one of the lesser talented teams in decades).
