Seriously though, Buffalo>NY is about as perfect as it gets. Not sure wh y he has Duke in Memphis as opposed to NY though. I guess he has Michigan state ahead of Duke on his S Curve.

I feel like there should be some test that anyone attending has to take to make sure it's only truly-deserving and knowledgable college basketball fans as opposed to rich people who are just going to go.

Duke and the ACC will be interesting. Is Duke a "southern" team, or "east" team? If we win the acc, we're buffalo/garden, no doubt. But, what about finishing 2 or 3rd to Duke and UNC, ND or Virg (don't see Pitt ahead)? At that point, Buffalo is still a great bet but what about the garden.

I would love a buff/garden combo. If we could get out of the first two rounds, the garden would be a huge advantage. I was at Albany in 03, it was a bigger home court advantage than the Dome was that entire year. The garden would do that with metro people, longing for the Big East Tourney, showing up in big #'s (esp. in an E8 game after two teams lost).

Yup, Duke is about 300 miles closer to MSG than it is to Memphis. My initial thought was basically we needed to finish ahead of Duke on the S-curve to get MSG, but I guess we could get lucky. If Duke gets a 1, but it's the third r fourth one, they could be sent somewhere other than MSG.

It's just always been a pet peeve of mine when I watch a sporting event and you see people in premium seats playing on their phone and not watching the game, and somewhere there's a blue collar guy who would give his right arm to be in those seats. But, I know their big bucks support the team/program, so it has to be that way.
