I would think 6th man is a lock assuming he doesn't begin to start and he stays healthy.  First team should be a no-brainer also, especially considering it's not just the top 5 players anymore.  (I think he would make the top 5, but flukier things have happened in BE post-season awards voting)
 
Not that any of these players are better than Waiters but Most Improved would be the toughest for him to win; statistically speaking a lot of players have improved from last year.  Assuming players stay at current levels, I highlighted who I think are the biggest competition for him.  
 
Cuse:
Waiters has a 6.3 PPG, 1.4 Assist, 1.1 Steals, 12.4% FG and 3.3% 3PT increase
Melo has a 4.9 PPG, 3.5 Rebound, 2 Blocks, and 15.7% FT increase
 
Seton Hall:
