So, based upon Tomcat's "part 1" analysis, we have 17 scholarships available for the class of 2013. We also know that several others typically become available due to natural attrition [happens every year]. So here is my breakdown of class needs by position:
 
QB - 1 [have to bring one in every year]
RB - 2 [with one potentially shifting to another position]
WR - 1 [we have a lot of young receivers, but need to add play makers]

So right off the bat we are looking at a class in the ballpark of 20 recruits at minimum, which is above the 17 that we have officially available as of now. We'll probably have a player or two not asked to return, some who will leave due to injuries, some who will leave to pursue other interests, some who transfer, and some who have issues with grades. That usually frees up 5+ scholarships every offseason, which gives us a perfectly sized class from a roster balancing perspective of ~22 or so.
 
My guess is that we'll have anywhere between 22-25 scholarships when it is all said and done, and that they'll fill all of those allotments.
