Flipped Recruits Graphics?

Someone, sometime, on another thread asked about making graphics for flipped recruits (upside-down helmets from the other school?). I can't find it now, but if anyone is interested shoot me some ideas and the list of schools I'd need. I follow it loosely but couldn't tell you them all.
