When will I receive my 2012-13 annual renewal information?
Renewal notices will be sent out via a letter (as well as email) in early January, with information on the renewal website, logging in, and how to make a payment. If you do not receive your renewal notice after that point, please call the Carrier Dome Box Office at 888-DOMETIX (366-3849) or 315-443-2121 for assistance. Patrons who wish to received a printed version of their invoice will need to call the Box Office in January so their account can be updated accordingly.
