following SU is an addiction.
Year after year drinking the cool aid that things are going to be better.
But as a long time fan I'm sick of being o pessimistic.
How did this happen? Was it the blown Championship against Indiana siting in Albany and having every else root for Indiana? Was it taping the NCAA first round game against VT and attending a daughter dance on to be interrupted by people flocking to watch the upset in another room. Or taking a trip to Florida only to hear the sports announcer on the car radio as I was going to watch the tape say SU has broken another record with their NCAA loss to the Richmond spiders, or Georgetown closing Manley,The AOinjury, the Fab melo disaster, the TO against Arkansas, the charge against Michigan, and now this year. I could go on. But thecontinued desire of seeking SUto excel only to be let down consistently has to be a true addiction. One that only ends temporarily when the last game (loss)is played.
And then it starts again when the cool-aid flows and we start to here about the great recruiting class the wins over colgate, cornell, high point, st.Mary's of Alberta.
