If we still had only college players when Melo came along , Melo would have missed it as he played here in 2002-03 and the Olympics were in 2000 and 2004. But now a guy like Carmelo can go from a young reserve on a team that lost in '04 to a star of the team that gets the job done in 2008 and 2012 and hopefully this year as well.
