Syracuse fans will root against Illinois State because Wichita State has a stronger resume and sits on the other side of the MVC's bracket.

[B]Niagara at Monmouth (7 p.m., ESPN3)[/B] No, Monmouth's resume doesn't look as good as it did last year when the Hawks were left out of the NCAA tournament. But could Monmouth generate some sympathy if it gets on a roll but loses in the Metro Atlantic's finals. Monmouth faces Niagara in the MAAC quarterfinals tonight.

[B]Bradley vs. Wichita State (7 p.m, ESPN3)[/B] Wichita State is projected as a No. 9 seed on Bracket Matrix, but Palm and Lunardi disagree. Palm has Wichita State among his First Four Out. Lunardi has Wichita State as a 7-seed. Go figure. The safe bet for Syracuse fans is to hope that Wichita State wins the MVC tournament, gets the conference's automatic bid and that Illinois State doesn't have enough to merit an at-large bid.
