Jim Boeheim’s squad will head to Selection Sunday with a record of 18-14 overall with key wins over Duke, Virginia, Miami, Wake Forest, and Florida State as well as MAAC regular season champion Monmouth, but also suffered defeats against four teams that won’t play in the NCAA Tournament — St. John’s, Boston College, UConn, and Georgetown.
