The Boozy Wine Ice Cream Bar-lor The stand will serve ice cream made with wine, beer and cider from Mercer's Dairy and Gilligan's Island in Sherburne, according to Tom Centore, who runs the stand along with Mike McMullen. The menu includes a chocolate cabernet, lemon prosecco and a double-buzz ice cream float. (It's made with coffee ice cream and a dark stout.) They're also doing a red-wine float with muddled strawberries and strawberry ice cream. Save room for the Bavarian chocolate beer float. The $1 item is for eaters of all ages.
