ACC Day in Review: Miami Wastes Big Lead, Loses at Florida State (PS; Stevens)
Good Miami's shown up on more than a few occasions. You know that team, the one that's blasted Duke on the road, beaten N.C. State and Syracuse in a 48-hour window and knocked off Florida in Gainesville (even if this is not a vintage year for the Gators).
Then there's Bad Miami, the team that's lost by 28 to Eastern Kentucky and 20 to Georgia Tech --- both at home, no less. It has a way of popping up, too.

Miami got a bit of both Sunday, and a mildly troubling 55-54 loss at Florida State as an unwanted outcome. The Hurricanes (14-7, 4-4 ACC) built a 32-16 lead in the first half. That advantage had fully vanished with five minutes to play, and neither team would lead by more than a point the rest of the way.
