[I]Syracuse, N.Y. — Before their Sweet 16 games on Friday, the four teams in the NCAA tournament East Regional in Syracuse will hold open practices at the Carrier Dome on Thursday.

North Carolina State will face Louisville at 7:27 p.m. on Friday at the Carrier Dome. Michigan State and Oklahoma will start 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first game.

On Thursday, the teams will practice at the Carrier Dome and those practices are free and open to the public. The first practice starts at noon and the Carrier Dome's doors will open at 11 a.m.

North Carolina State will practice from noon-12:50 p.m.

Michigan State will be on the court at the Dome from 1-1:50 p.m.

Louisville will practice from 2:10-3 p.m.

Oklahoma will be the last team to practice, going from 3:10-4 p.m.

There are no open practices on Saturday. The time of Sunday's East Regional final will be determined at the conclusion of Friday's games.[/I]
