Expecting strangers to self police themselves and amicably work out seating arrangements is pretty naive. You aren't going to get optimized results. You are going to have angry fans who think they were wronged and want others to be forced to move. I am pretty sure it will be a nightmare. I think it is better to provide direction. [*]Figure out what the rules are for ticket assignments based on direction from the government.
