DE/TE Jake Pickard, a Wisconsin Commit, Is Back on SU's Radar (PS; Mink)

No better example of that came Wednesday evening, when a priority recruiting target resurfaced on Syracuse's board thanks to an unexpected coaching move at a Big Ten school.
Jake Pickard, a 6-foot-6, 231-pound defensive end/tight end prospect from Millburn, N.J., is expected to meet with tight ends coach Bobby Acosta on Thursday, Pickard said.
The meeting comes in the wake of Wisconsin coach Gary Andersen's departure to Oregon State.
Pickard gave a verbal commitment to Wisconsin in July, seemingly choosing the Badgers over the Orange not long after visiting Syracuse.
Pickard is being recruited as a defensive end.
The Orange has three defensive ends committed in its 2015 recruiting class. They are Brandon Ginnetti, Dana Levine and Keivonnis Davis.
