Jack and Jeklish (JackLish? has a ring to it kind of like Brangelina;)),:eat popcorn: Thank you for all the awesome information and great job on all the articles they are very easy reads. I noticed your write up on the O commits and was wondering where Mr. Washington was. I think he is the most important piece of this class as he reminds me of DeAngelo Williams and how he really turned around the Memphis program in the 90's (I know when he was younger Washington trained with DeAngelo. Could be an interesting article if you can get a hold of him and ask him if he sees himself in a similar role as DeAngelo turned down some huge schools and was actually in the Heisman talk by the time he was a Jr/Sr). As much as you have assured us his commitment is solid, please forgive me for holding my breath till he gets here in January. It has been a rough decade and a half for us fans and the little he seems to be discussing SU makes me antsy (which could be an awesome thing as it means he shut the recruiting down for real). I was also wondering if you could do an article or your take on the amount of commits that could possibly be here early this year. I count up to 5 I think who have either mentioned being here early or trying to get here early. How would that effect the program? Extra time to learn playbook, S@C, get ahead on classwork, more or less scholarships for this year or next?, does it help recruiting at all?, how much does it speak of the character of the young men coming in? great students/does this mean intelligent? does that intelligence benefit on the field/give an added edge? or do you think the game is more about pure athleticism and size? team leaders? motivated?, how do these type of men effect the program (we see the importance of the 3.0 club which is huge when kids like JT show great pride in academics when he seemed to have not had that in HS, which shows character maturity)? I would love to hear your feedback, and, if you ever did an article about early commits, hear some feedback from the players who have come early or plan to come early as it would be interesting to see the many facets of young men giving up being the top of the class and all the proms, walking with their class, first major GF's, missing family, etc... for the game they love and their perceptions on how their commitment might effect them and the program. Again, thank you for all you do. There are many on here like CL, Jack / JackLish,Tom, Tee, etc... who make this an absolutely amazing home for this Orangeman. Mem PS Jack, I noticed in your site blurb that SU was not listed as a place you have sent a recruit, Get on it MAN!! It would be a cool thing to say once you do. PPS UMM, not like sweet tea? Fake it till you make it!!! Growing up down in TN, I thought there was nothing better than a huge mason glass of sweet tea and sitting out on the porch watching the awesome storms come rolling through over the Mississippi River. Had to be brewed extra strong and extra sweet as you fill the glass with ice and it being blazing hotter and muggier than a swamp on the surface of the sun that the ice would melt making a perfectly balanced sweet tea. Either that or we used to press peaches and add it to the tea!!! Nothing like sweet tea on the porch with the smell of the honeysuckle vine and earthy clay smell in the air when you
