I just want to say I think this program will not only survive, but thrive. Until I am proven wrong, I believe Hop is the guy to take over this program. People say you don't want to be the guy to replace the guy, but given his long-term position with the team, I think he has the temperament, the mind-set, and the skill set to succeed. Time will tell, but I will be very surprised if he fails.
