we are called for a PF or PI on a crucial 3rd down play. This goes all the way back to the 1998 Tenneesee game. Most of them happen late in the game and clearly change the outcome. This one happened in the 2nd quarter but will be remembered.
I say about half of the time it is the right call, a quarter of the time it is the right call but the other team never seems to be called for same thing, and a quarter of the time it is BS.
Nice effort by the boys, ND probably would have cracked the game open at some time anyways [but you never know].
