DM himself has discussed his prima donna party attitude when he came to SU and how that was changed when he was here. I think he recognized his early self in last years team and has set out to change that atmosphere. As far as the binder, you got to be a fool to realize that sometimes the "best laid plans can fall by the way side". Ideas and procedures change as you approach obstacles face to face; theory is one thing and application is another. If DM thinks this is what he needs to do with this team than that is what he needs to do. It is his neck and he needs to show progression or he will be replaced. I would gladly trade in a spring of silence for a bowl game next season. We will see/receive or reports from Rochester and then we can decide it was worth it or we are going to take our ball and go home.
