He is just a string bean at this point. Could be monster by upperclass years. So maybe the coaches did see something in Ben Barrett.

thanks OE. We are so/so in NY this year, but you have to like the fit of whats coming.
Ryan Norton made 2nd team All State in Class A...Garden City is a Class A school.
14 kids have committed to BCS schools out of NYS. SU has 6, and more than likely 7 with Morgan. No other school has more than one.
Of those kids not going to SU Kelly and Lynch are from outside the state.
So, less than 1/2 of the BCS prospects from the only BCS school in the state?

Good stuff. Also Syracuse.com really should really not allow comments, most are done by trolls.
How many do you think they should get?
How could it be the weather we've had like three days of winter? The comments are extremely negative.
And the tone really applies to all issues - not just sports issues.
One wonders why there seems to be such anger in the CNY community. Is it the weather or the economics or what?

Should? All but a rare few if BCS worthy.
Can? 75 % with some more success.
Why not?If you count Morgan, 75 % is only @3 players more...You have got to be kidding.
What class is he?Ryan Norton made 2nd team All State in Class A...Garden City is a Class A school.
He was beaten out by a kid named Connor O'Sullivan, an Irish emigree who played for Pearl River. Conor kicked a 52 yard FG into rain and wind to win a game and also apparently kicked a 63 yard FG in practice. I think his colorful story won his 1st team honors more than his foot.
It's not just the PS. Read the comments after any news story on Yahoo. The amount of anger and intolerance out there is really disheartening. The comments are extremely negative.

It's so true. You wonder how people could live with that much negative energy inside them. And what's with these trolls who just repeatedly bash and demean ALL THE TIME? They seem like really miserable people. The amount of anger and intolerance out there is really disheartening.
