As far as I can tell after playing and watching sports for X amount of years a good coach can be stoic, off and on or constantly "active" but as long as they're a good coach I'll take however they are to help the team win games, He's young and it's first time ever running the whole show and as long as he continues to learn practice to practice and game to game I'm good with whatever works for him, his coaches and the team.
