Angelli has been knocked down more in the past two games than McCord was through half the season last year.  If he gets a little consistent protection, he will be just fine.  You don’t remove your starting quarterback in the second game of the season. That would make the coaching staff look indecisive with choosing their starting quarterback. Our quarterback threw for plus 400 yards yesterday and people are questioning his ability to throw.  It tells us how much McCord spoiled us last year.  You can begin to see that Angelli trusts Valari and JRS. Now, Nixon has to find a way to get Willis more involved.  Nixon is an unsung hero.  He made a lot of big catches yesterday and Angelli trusts him to be in the correct spots to check down.  The offensive line has question marks everywhere.  Losing Mack really hurts. They have to make a big step up next week.  There should be ZERO pressure and no sacks on our quarterback next week.  I hope we take more medium and deep shots down the field.
