Thanks for the info. Pivoting from Coyle to Brown would be terrific.I’ve heard all of the defensive coaches (who were not on the road recruiting) have been around this week (practices, meetings etc…), so I can only assume some game day roles may have changed.
I am hearing the vacancy on the defensive staff created when Coach Coyle left for UCLA may have been filled with Don Brown the former HC at UMass and former DC at Michigan. He has a ton of experience coaching football in the northeast.

Googles him. Sees the mustache and his nickname as Dr. Blitz. I approve!I’ve heard all of the defensive coaches (who were not on the road recruiting) have been around this week (practices, meetings etc…), so I can only assume some game day roles may have changed.

Don Brown got done pretty dirty at UMass that is awesome news if he is on staff. My biggest issue with him was staff management so I still think he can be great in an assistant role. Legit recruiter and legit coach. And some more experience on staff is nice. All about aggression and we can definitely use some of that mindset defensively.I’ve heard all of the defensive coaches (who were not on the road recruiting) have been around this week (practices, meetings etc…), so I can only assume some game day roles may have changed.
