How are there not a dozen responses to this? I love Fran's candor and passion. He doesn't hide anything. What he preaches is accountability from EVERYONE, and he doesn't deflect or hide from any question. Give him time and he will have 105 guys on a collective mission every year.

He can gut out the rest of the season, or he can play 1 more game and come back next season.

I think he can now play one more regular season game plus the bowl and still come back.
