A lot of the ACC aren’t built to have high ceilings, with Fran that is not the case at Syracuse as higher ceiling talented players enter the program. It doesn’t mean that there can’t be a season like this season. But there is a reason when you have a QB executing plays, you can go down to Death Valley and win double digits against what was at the time a desperate and super talented Clemson.
