Maryland could be like Indiana though, if they get the right guy and decide they want to be invested, they could rival what Indiana is doing. I think Penn State is vastly overrating what they are and that is tough to do when they are unequivocally a top 15 program, but they are not at the level Ohio State where they are pretty much immune from some of the lower to middle Big Ten programs threatening their positioning in the Big Ten if they decide to go all in.
