You can look at the papers and say this is the best class Syracuse has brought in for a long time but that means nothing until you show it on the field. After today, I know it was one game but this class has a bright future. Long and Ishmael proved they can be a dynamic duo against the number 1 team in the country as freshman...not to be lost is that Phillips also had a very solid game for Syracuse. Not to mention our best Freshman QB might not even be on campus yet. Imagine the competitions between Eduord and Long in the future! The offense had some breakout players today lets hope they can keep the momentum going because we know we have the players on defense we just need the offense to step up. I'm always disappointed/down after Cuse losses but for some reason today I was able to take way more positives out of a loss then usual. Of course I would rather have the win but the future looks bright lets keep this team moving forward! Go ORANGE!!!
