I just have one question: were there any white athletes on the guest list for the Obama Classic? I wonder what the reaction would have been if another President agreed to have a 'Classic' in his name...while still in office? Presidents shouldn't do this.

Meanwhile, Melo makes another PR blunder by injecting himself into politics. There are sharks in those waters, and they sweep up the silt from the bottom when they strike. I understand if he wants to support Obama's campaign, but do it behind the scenes. Melo is already under a microscope in NYC and has done well to put many of his prior mistakes behind him. Now it's all undone. That stop snitching video does not mean that Melo supports drugs, gangs, or is anti-police. We all know this. All that video shows is a young kid who made a bad decision to visit the old neighborhood and was taken advantage of without knowing what was going on. However, in the hands of political assassin reporters, it's a freaking gold mine. How much longer will the "Melo 5" commercial be on if this thing blows up again?

Melo, we love you man, but do yourself a favor and play ball, be a husband and be a father. Do charitable events, not political events.
