Part of NCAA rule is that the player must have resided in the transfer city for at least 11 months which John did not do. HCDM pointed out that the NCAA had made exceptions before.

The video of the Minnesota football players trying to dance is very funny. They dance just like you would think people from Minnesota would dance.
