Regarding the bet between the mayors, Stephanie Minor needs to take to heart the advice a drunk John Riggins gave to Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor at a party and "loosen up baby".  My nieces would be disgusted with her execution of the "blow up" after her Otto fist bump.  You have to wait a little while, you have to do a sound effect and the arm action has to be broader and more exaggerated.
 
Regarding the bet, I think Stephanie might have inadvertently saved the Mountaineer mascot's life.  He is a big hunter who took some heat after recently killing a bear with the rifle he uses as a mascot.  Wearing that bright orange Otto hat will make it a lot less likely he gets shot when he goes hunting the future.
 
Lastly, I didn't not know that pepperoni rolls, which are popular in Syracuse, were invented in West Virginia. I thought the only thing invented there was black lung disease. Good for them.
