If you look at the Big East power rankings, it's hard not to come to the conclusion that the league is WAY down this year. I said a week or so ago that if you look past about the 8th team, you're looking at flawed, ugly teams. Well, a week later, I want to revise that to say that "once you get past about the top 5, you're looking at flawed, ugly teams."

If you look at the Big East standings, and you take out Louisville, Syracuse, Notre Dame and Pitt, geez, what's left in this conference barely matches up with the Atlantic 10. I'm happy for the Catholic 7 that they can get a $5M a year contract from Fox, but BOY they have to improve their product once we're gone.
