FINALLY they get the tv channels straightened out! I was on the phone with TW yesterday for half an hour, first talking to a lady in India whom I couldn't understand, then a man in North Carolina who's a Heels fan, and finally someone in Albany who said they'd look into it and call me back. Doink! No call back. Total waste of time. I should have had more trust that syracuse.com would be on it.
