It's all very, very relative. A high school varsity player would likely look a lot better against JV players than he does against players more on his level. It's a similar scenario with mid majors.
As for the other power conferences, I didn't see any guard play that we don't already see in the ACC. We're not going to be significantly behind the ball in terms of guard play next season, if at all, so I'm not concerned about the guard play elsewhere in college basketball.
