Full cost of attendance

So the vote this weekend was 79-1. Our friends at Boston College provided the lone no vote. Their statement on the no vote waxed poetic about the cost and value of a BC education. Apparently Stanford, Duke, Vanderbilt and northwestern aren't as smart as BC since they voted for the proposal.

Shafer better be using this against Addazio on the recruiting trail.
