Isn't Texas's arena that is being replaced soon bigger than the Wizards arena in DC?

Didn't know KFC Yum was bigger than the Dean Dome. I've been to it the place is impressive and very nice.

Rupp is excellent not sure why they are doing this. Sight lines are great. Getting into it from the street can be awkward though you had to make a bunch of twists and turns the way I went in.
