It is unreasonable to think that Noel is going to be an offensive juggernaut.  At SU or Georgetown, Noel will not be the focal point of the offense.  The Pete Thamel article mentioned how raw he was offensively.  Noel is much more Fab than he is A Davis.
 
What are you expecting out of this kid?  Earlier people were dismissing the stats of AOs senior year or RJ last year, because they have not starred in the NBA.  If Noel could put up 13 ppg and 10rpg he would be surpassing my expectations, he is not doing that in high school for crying out loud. 
 
Look from a team perspective, if he is keeping it real, for SU he could replace Fab.  MCW, as he knows, could replace Scoop.  BT stays, along with two scoring forwards in Dirty and CJ.  The pieces are there for his year as a complimentary offensive player and defensive stopper.  His year here could be with a good team making a run.  At UK he would be a disappointment and at GTown he would be irrelevant.
