So, are we legit going to see Benson, Taj, and Garrett Williams this week?

Also - wonder how much longer Rhino is going to be caged up?

I’d like to see Taj come up with some good plays down field, we need to start stretching the field. However we need to keep our D fresh so I think we will still see a lot of ground and pound. We want this to be a defensive battle if possible.

Stephen Bailey:
Syracuse’s Week 4 depth chart (Liberty): Tommy DeVito remains QB1 on the two-deep, though Dino Babers said this AM that a final decision hasn’t been made yet. RB Abdul Adams is now one of three co-backups to Sean Tucker while C Airon Servais & RT Carlos Vettorello were swapped.

Is the 'or' Pena new for the slot ?

Looks like RB#2 is now wide open.

No, that "or" has been there for Pena. I was surprised they didn't take it away after the drop/INT, and the hold (which really wasn't much of a hold).

Jackson is the player on this roster that we're not exploiting enough. He has legit speed, which we could better figure out how to get it in space. We'll need to open things up for Tucker, he's going to face an overload.

Was it just me or did I see Barron in way more than Hanna? In fact, I'm struggling to remember a play that Hanna had a big impact. Barron, however, was on several tackles.
Really liked Barron out there. Also like the size he gives us out there. Alternatively, thought Nunn struggled (Understandably) in his PT in a long time.

Would really like to see a solid #2 behind Tucker come to light. And, I wouldn't mind if we had a late game guy to come in fresh for a few carries as the locked in #3. It seems we have the talent at RB to do so.
After watching all 4 play the last few weeks, I think #2 needs to be Adams.

Tucker is the clear #1.

Howard, imo, is too similar in style to Tucker, one cut, hit the hole hard, fall forward.

Lutz is a nice story, doesn't do anything exceptionally well, has put the ball on the turf a little too much for my liking. Likely got #2 because he was here last year.

That leaves Adams. Has more wiggle than the other three. Change of pace back. Talent is obviously there. I'd like to see what he can do in the screen game or on wheel routes. I think if he gets 5-10 touches a game he could be a difference maker.

Felt bad for Adams. Howard got carries to the left side and busted one. All of Adams carries were to the right side and he got no help there. In my humble opinion Adams is talented and should be #2. Go Orange!!

noticed the same

Should we expect Benson to play Friday? That’s not the impression I got on Saturday.

Would love to see Cooper from out west get some slot run as well next game. Looks quick...compact. Seems like he could do a little damage with the starters.
Yeah, he made the most out of his snaps.

Add me to the list that has Adams at 2. He's going to break a nice TD run this year. Needs more carries. Love Tucker and he's clearly number 1, but this is our best unit (as we suspected it would be) and we need to rotate more, imo.

Not sold on Adam’s. Not sure he has great vision. With su Oline you cannot just run where the hole is suppose to be you have to see where and opening occurs. That is why trucker is great with our Oline he has great field vision. I do not feel Adam’s has that ability. Maybe Howard does but I did not see it two years ago.
