Number 1 alternate QB series. Dont wait until the second Quarter to play Shrader. If a QB leads the team to a score they get the next series. If we have to punt or turn the ball over the other guy plays. ALTERNATE Series. Number 2 Play the second string WR group. Let Alford and others play. 3 Play Howard and Adams. 4 Try Serv at Center and sit Vet. 5 Stick with 1 punter. 6 rest Gwilliams and others who are hurt dont play anyone that isnt 100% Healthy. We have a heck of a stretch coming up dont risk further injury to kids that are hurt. 7 Call actualy plays. No more sandlot Bull its obvious that Tommy and the Wr group are never going to make the same reads. Take a page from your DC and simplify the decision making. Let Gilbert actually call some plays. 8 Dont wear a smock on the sideline and tell Gilbert to get rid of the boots. This is Syracuse not an Island or cattle ranch.
