I rarely yell at my team because it is not conducive to building a team culture in an office environment. If I was a drill instructor or a sports coach, I would absolutely incorporate yelling into training. They need to instill that passion that you can only get from pride. They need to build that teamwork to wear everyone is working as one. All they mainly have is short term goals of completing each play successfully.
