Hot seat for Wildhack and Dino or Dino himself?

If you are Louisville you damn well know what we’re going to try and beat you with. 1. Sean Tucker up the gut 2. Sean Tucker wide 3. Garrett fakes to Tucker runs it himself 4. Garrett throws short look - ins or to the sidelines to anyone who’s open or the groung 'cause no one is open.

At least it looked to me like that was a major part of the game plan. Soooooo, when the coaches and players at Louisville look at our game tape what do you think they are going to try and stop?

But if were psyched and want this game badly, rush him and he’ll have to throw the ball somewhere near a receiver but probably on the ground when the receivers were running their routes and breaking the wrong way. Nope we're running the ball!

Do you think Gilbert and Dino could have sat down with some of the other coaches and said this is what we run all the time and they are going to key on Sean and Garrett so let’s figure out a way to run some new stuff and screw up their anticipation with some new looks. What a revelation! A new plan maybe with some new personnel. What an idea! Find a back like Lutz who maybe was a QB in HS and have him throw it to Shrader who is going long. This is not rocket science and it doesn’t take a week to learn at practice.

Maybe we could throw the long ball or run a trick play where the QB is Sean who under-hands the ball back to Garrett while the receivers are running post routes along with Sean who is taking the three people covering him out of the play. I don’t care what anyone says Shrader can throw long, tight spirals as we saw vs VT and sometimes we catch the ball – something different as a plan other than QB keeps or Sean squeaks through a hole and we hope he runs for touchdown. Something different! THROW IT! With 6 guys in the box THROW!

Of course the Oline has to keep their blitzing to a minimum but they had a problem keeping L’s Dline out of the backfield or opening any holes for Tucker.

We’ve got two teams coming up that are better than the ‘ville maybe we could try it on them? What an idea! DUH.
